Applied online and the recruiter reached out in a couple days for a phone interview. Standard meet and greet, experience etc. Two more zoom interviews followed with the first being with two members of leadership and the last being with the President for the region. Whole process took about a month, was told great things about the interviews but was not given an offer. Sent a generic email to let me know that they were passing on me.

HR screening following by Hiring manager call. Then a meeting with the 2-3 individuals. They asked behavioral questions. I was over qualified, but was still interested in working there. However, I was ghosted. No follow up contact at all to let me know I wasn't chosen. I wrote thank you letters and a week or two later reached out to both the hiring manager and HR for an update. Nothing. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE. Just let us know you found someone more qualified. Very simple.
