Panel Interview - all supervisors are on the call including the manager and director. They each ask you 2 or 3 questions. This is so they can see where you best fit and you can end up with mutliple offers. They do have work from home and in person options, you just have to state which you would prefer to do in the interview. They're both fast-paced jobs and require a lot of patience. This job is not easy but will get you through the door which can open up other options at Renown.

How do you handle a frustrated or angry patient? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me a little about yourself? And so on, all standard interview questions.
Great! Thorough and precise. It was fluent and easy to get through the questions with confidence. The multiple people throughout the panel made it interactive and fun which allowed for a great experience

I spoke with both the general manager and she had her employees ask me questions as well. I could tell the work environment and comfort of the employees was very important.
