Had an initial interview with the branch manager who asks a few general questions hat you would usually expect in the first stage interview, then they sent me out with a surveyor for half a day to see if it was something I was interested in (which I thought was really good because I got to see first hand what the job involved before having the next stage of the interview). The next stage is an interview with the branch manager and the area manager, this included questions the area manager may have and also a role play to see what set of skills and knowledge I had already.
