submitted my resume + cover letter and was asked for an interview the next morning. had quick phone interview and then was invited to submit some short answer responses-- heard back from them about 6 weeks after that they weren't going to move forward.

Tell me about yourself, what are some brands or products you've noticed lately?
I had a phone interview and then a lengthy assessment. After the assessment, they asked me to come in for an in person interview, but I was not based in NY, so I had a video interview with different team member. After that, I did not hear back for a few weeks. Finally, after my second follow up went unanswered, they told me they would not be moving forward. They would not explain why.
