Lengthy, repetitive, and did not give sufficient clarity on the role. Hiring HR was friendly. However, the other HRs carrying over the process had way too many probing questions not so relevant for the role. The process had multiple rounds and few were with the same stakeholders with no meaningful purpose. Got the offer but declined due to lack of clarity on how the company functions.
