Phone screening with HR. HR person seemed impressed with me. Got a TBNT email 2 days later. There was no reason given. I was qualified and didn't seem to find any red flags.

Applied and one day after got an email to do a one-way interview. Completed that and about a week or so later got an email from a recruiter to do a phone interview. That interview was about 20 minutes and very easy, asked me a few questions, and then described the role. Got offered to go to HQ and do an in person interview.
