Teams meeting where interviewer was not prepared, Had not read my resume and seemed to want to be anywhere but on the call with me. Wanted to focus on skills from 20 years ago, and not what the job description was. Was a painful experience, and I followed up with someone that worked there in the past and told him who I interviewed with, and was told I dodged a bullet going to work there.
