      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Republic

      Colloquio

Applied online and was contacted a month later to interview in-person. Went to the first interview and wasn't told that I would be interviewing with 3 people total (which was fine but it would have been nice so that I could have planned my day more I didn't expect to be 2 hours). Also, was asked to take short math tests without calculator. After I interviewed with 3 people total of two hours, I was told they would be doing more rounds and will be contacted later. A week and a half later I was contacted to come in for another round of interviews. I went in the second time and was asked to do another math test (I think these people don't think I didn't graduate ever) I was then sent to interview with the head guy and we had a great interview. Now I will say the things I was asked technically you aren't allowed to ask people in interviews. But, I didn't mind talking about my life to get to know him and the company. I'm a dedicated hard working person so we generally spoke about everything. I was told at the time that they would be deciding that week. I waited and heard nothing but decided to give them a few extra days. I reached out to HR and was told they were still going thru the process?! Interesting that's not what I was told. But I shrugged it off and said ok just keep me in the loop. After another week passed I sent an email again and got basically a generic email that said thanks but no thanks! I was shocked to hear this since I felt shocked since my interviews went well, and even more surprised that I didn't get a phone call. I have asked for feedback and have been offered none. Interesting that such a company that speaks about family values has respected little of the time I put in for 4 hours of interviewing and no feedback. Respect your candidates time and give them feedback after you both are spending time away from your families.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Basic, and then personal questions (normally not allowed but I answered about my family and background since I'm a good person with nothing to hide).
