First, I sent the resume then got two interviews: one with the head of Partnership and one with a senior developer. It's a standard interview with questions about experience, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and culture fit.

Initial screening interview plus three additional interviews via video chat. After giving the company two hours of my time, I was ghosted and never heard back. Pretty disappointing for a company that prides themselves on their "culture".
