Casual, comfortable but direct. I was familiar with the hiring manager, so i knew what to expect. I have interviewed for a DSM position before, so i was privvy to the requirements of the job.

Very professional. It was obvious the parties involved had HR background and the managers had training in this process. I was given the feeling that I was valuable and a solid candidate for the position
