Overall process was fairly smooth. Quick phone screening to an in-person with the direct supervisor. We had a great conversation, and I felt like I would have been a solid fit for the team. However, the alcohol industry in my opinion is behind when it comes to salary in the Phoenix-metro area.

Interview was fairly laid back. Lot's of behavioral questions. Most of the time the interviews were merely performative as they already knew who they were going to hire. Good ol' boys club.
