I was contacted by Recruiter who scheduled a phone interview for me with the hiring manager. The call went well and I was asked in for a face to face interview. I was told by the recruiter I can expect to hear back in the next 4 days. After not hearing back, I followed up with the Recruiter. She never responded. Not even to tell me they have gone a different direction. I followed up a second time and still no response. That gave me an indication of the type of organization it is. Not a professional encounter at all. Interestingly I noticed another interview review on here that had the same experience.
