Begins with a phone screen, then goes to a 45 minute behavioral phone interview with a recruiter. After that, I was invited to interview at my local Republic branch and to visit them at the career fair for my university. The final interview day was supposed to last 1.5 hours but ran over to lasting over 2 hours. Behavioral-based questions were asked by the GM and HR manager for my city's operations. The questions were pretty straight-forward and It was an easy process for me because of my extensive research into the company and industry.

The interview process is rather difficult. Over 1200 applicants applied for 12 positions. It was definitely worth it. Even though it took over 3 months to finish interviewing, the company keeps you in the loop and really cares about each applicant. Definitely would recommend it to others.
