A recruiter found mu on Indeed and reached out to me asking if I was interested. She asked me where I was located and how much I expected to make. After that process the GM called me and asked me a few questions, and then the Director of Operations called and asked me the same questions that the GM asked me. The GM then flew to Midland, Texas and met with me and talked about my family and previous experience. I then got an offer letter via email.
