I met with three people individually. First, it was a senior vice president, who I would work with directly on projects. Then, it was one of the co-founders, who would likely be my mentor. Finally, it was the CEO. After the in-person interview, I was asked to take a three-hour writing test. One week after the writing test, I was offered the job.

I was asked questions about why I wanted to leave my current position, especially after so many years (14 years). The questions got progressively to a higher level. They started out tactical about assignments, project management, etc. and then got to a bigger picture with each interviewer (i.e., what do you look for in work/life balance?). I thought the questions were well coordinated and very rarely did I have to answer the same question twice.
