2 face to face interviews. Not difficult but not upfront either. Very difficult working environment. Expected to have laptop on at all times and you are working the same jobs as everyone else in the office. Makes it cutthroat and only those with no life who want to be logged in all the time should consider working here.

The interview process is VERY unprofessional and not consistent with a reputable recruiting firm. I find this same job has been posted for 3+ months. The same client company is also recruiting internally. I would stay away from Request Technology job postings.
