      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Rescuecom (Syracuse, NY) nel mese di feb 2021

      #1... 6 PM interview... As a seasoned professional I arrived ten minutes early. 2... After standing in the lobby for 20 minutes the CEO arrived and said "oh, we have an appointment don't we?" and led me to a room where there was a desktop and I proceeded to take an archaic personality/word association test. After completing it I wandered down the hall to his "office" which was a conference room with a computer with 5 monitors attached resembling a control station. As the interview started it became blatantly evident that what he was looking for something not remotely close to the job description on Indeed. I asked why certain attributes and requirements were in the job description which were irrelevant, (such as experience with Salesforce, as they will not even use a CRM,) and his response was " I don't want someone coming in here with a tailored pitch for the job." How he will ever get anyone in with the correct qualifications based on a bogus job description is beside me. Especially for an executive position. I ended the job interview in a professional manner by indicating there was probably someone out there more suited for inbound sales and answering the phone. I have to say the company as a whole has an interesting sales mechanism and will most likely be successful based on their talent pool. Just beware of what you wish for! You may get it!!!
