A senior recruiter conducted with me a phone interview. He appeared to be very interested on my skills. However, the salary that the company was paying for this position seemed to be lower than my salary expectations although the recruiter didn't reveal the exact pay because he said he didn't know. He advised that he would confirm the salary in the next 24 hours. After a week of silence, I sent him an email with a kind reminder, but he never replied. In my opinion, this is an unprofessional behavior.
