I applied for a position in the Pleasant Prairie location, and went through the phone screen for 45 minutes. I was then invited to come in person, and had what I thought was a good interview which lasted 2 hours. The director himself verbally invited me to a 2nd in-person interview to meet with senior management and said the recruiter would reach out to schedule it. That never happened, or even an email to let me know things had changed. If they can't have that courtesy in a time they need employees, imaging how they treat their own.
