Interview with the recruiter: super short and easy. Interviews with three different VPs. All varying difficulties. Interviews ranged from 30 minutes to an hour. They asked questions about my experience, my skill set, how I would respond in certain situations, what my plan of action would be in this role. Also, gave me around 15 minutes to ask questions about the company and the role itself.
