The reality is that not all candidates that apply for any position are advanced in the process. This is true for RCS and every company. Candidates who are not advanced rarely agree with an unfavorable assessment of fit for the role. We did not receive a request by this candidate for feedback or for an update on the selection process.
It is our practice to send each candidate interviewed and not advanced a courtesy letter closing out the process. In fact, the selection process for this position has just ended. All candidates that did not receive an offer have been promptly notified.
