They waste your time. Did 4 remote interviews and an in person lunch and then finally they ghosted. They are dishonest company and will disqualify you for no reason after acting like they like you.

I hate that glassdoor makes you write a bunch of stuff just so you can view other reviews of the company. Quit forcing us to write reviews. Here are some more words to meet the 30 word minimum

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the interview process itself felt easy and straightforward. We understand your frustration regarding Glassdoor’s word-count requirements; unfortunately, that aspect is outside of our control.
We appreciate you completing the review despite that inconvenience. Your input helps us continue improving the candidate experience, and we wish you success in your new role at Resonetics.
If you have additional feedback you’d like to share directly, we welcome you to reach out to our HR or TA team.

I interviewed with a hiring manager at Resonetics for the Quality Engineer position. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The interviewer came across as arrogant and dismissive rather than professional or collaborative. The conversation felt more like a power play than a genuine skills evaluation.
At one point, he mentioned that he might call employees at **9 p.m. if he “needed something,”** which raised immediate concerns about work–life balance — especially considering the position’s salary range (around **$80,000**). The technical questions weren’t designed to understand problem-solving or experience but seemed intended to make the candidate feel inadequate.
**Overall Impression:**
Resonetics has an interesting mission in the medtech field, but this interaction reflected a culture that might not value balance or respect. Candidates should clarify expectations around communication and working hours before moving forward.
**Advice to Management:**
Provide interview training for managers on respectful communication and professional conduct. Remember — candidates are also assessing your company’s values during the interview.
Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. We’re sorry to hear that your interaction did not reflect the professionalism and respect we expect in our hiring process. Your feedback is important and has been shared with our talent acquisition and management teams to ensure that all candidates have a positive and fair interview experience.
At Resonetics, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and balance. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as they help us identify opportunities to improve our process and training for interviewers.
We wish you the best in your career and appreciate your interest in Resonetics.
