Disorganized. Initial phone interview with HR, then hiring manager phone interview and finally in person. Both calls were 15 - 30 minutes past the scheduled time. There was confusion about the role description. Start dates. Whether or not it was for full-time or freelance work. Slow responses.

four tests : geography, accuracy, two formal/courtesy letters both in English and Spanish, computer test
accuracy on spelling and checks, geography was about choosing the right country or continent for each name of city given, courtesy letters were about asking for refunds on flight changes

Phone screen, then two in-office interviews.
Interviewers were late each time, which was unfortunate. The phone screen and first interview were with development/production, who were lovely (though a bit swamped). The second interview was with the president and then whichever employees were free at that moment. The president didn't seem to know much about production or the digital world, and scoffed at my questions, saying they sounded like "typical questions [I] got off Google," and asking "Are you smart?"
