Phone screen, then two in-office interviews. Interviewers were late each time, which was unfortunate. The phone screen and first interview were with development/production, who were lovely (though a bit swamped). The second interview was with the president and then whichever employees were free at that moment. The president didn't seem to know much about production or the digital world, and scoffed at my questions, saying they sounded like "typical questions [I] got off Google," and asking "Are you smart?"
