Fairly straightforward, They asked me to come in, I met with the Sales Manager. He asked me questions about my sales history what I have accomplished, how I overcame any obstacles. Told me what he was looking for in terms of the position. After we exchanged stories about nightmare customers we shook hands and parted ways.
