The interview process was thorough, detailed as to what my position would entail. The photo slide during the group interview was helpful along with being able to tour the plant that you would be working at.

Took all relevant information, suggested a job that would work out best for me. then took a skills test to help determine if job was a good fit. Offered job before leaving the building.
