Two interviews, done by phone. Very impromptu and relaxed. Pretty straightforward, as I had an advocate on the ground with the company already who had given the studio head a ton of information prior to the interview itself.

Again, it was a very straight forward process. Availability, required salary, and whether or not I was willing to relocate were the primary questions asked. Philosophy on how dev art teams were run was touched on just a bit, but as this wasn't a director position that wasn't that surprising.
