In person and video interview, both were pretty through, a few tough questions. overall it was a pretty positive experience and I would highly recommend to a friend. pretty easy process.

In my 30+ year career in hospitality I’ve never been through as lengthy and disappointing interview process as I was with RA. Including the assessment portion, I went through a total of 8 steps over 2 months with 9 interviews then was finally told I would probably need to have even another 10th interview!!! After waiting yet again for that to be scheduled I received a phone call indicating they are not moving forward. When I asked why or if they could provide me any feedback or information I was told by their internal recruiter they had nothing to share. It was bizarre and very emotionally draining and stressful not just to me but my entire family.. I was given indications both by RA’s hiring VP & their client it was but a done deal, but one more formality needed to be done. Any position including a government position doesn’t put someone through so many interviews or processes. This is overseeing food production and service in a semi-limited capacity not some complex military operation. I was more than qualified and after such a lengthy process to be given no feedback let alone the position, it was a slap in the face. I understood this was a big hire for RA but it’s inexcusable what happened. I also had to pay over $40 for parking. I had to ask for them to pay for parking the second time when they requested I come back for another interview at this location. Everyone I spoke to was professional through the process and I really liked the hiring manager up till the part I was ghosted. The position still remains open 5 months later and the salary has fluctuated several times. RA I was excited to join this project or even the company but how this was handled was awful and certainly doesn’t represent the company your are trying to portray and how your associates are treated.
