I scheduled a time to talk to a recruiter named Jesse. She talked to me about the values of the company, perks, and asked me a lot of questions. She was the best recruiter I have every worked with. She answered all my questions and even helped me when I was nervous before my interview. I did an hour interview and an assessment and got a call from her with an offer. She was as excited as I was. It's been an awesome 2 months here.

Their hiring process makes no sense. They take 2 weeks to read your resume. 2 more weeks to set up multiple interviews, you also have to take a personality test. Very long and drawn out process. They rather ask personality questions during the interview rather than how your experience would contribute to the company. People have already found better jobs waiting a long time for a reply from them, or they don’t even tell you that you didn’t get the job. Or you have to reach out yourself and ask for updates.
