The District Manager was very polite when beginning the interview, but very quickly learned that this was a company that does not value its leaders. The GM salary was only $53K per year for the Chicago area which is barely a livable wage I would expect for frontline team members.

I was given great questions that ranged from operations, talent development, and sales and marketing. Questions challenged me to think and understand their business model specifically. I thought it was really good.
