First, a phone call with an HR rep, then 2nd round is a 30 minute chat with the department manager. Both stages of the interview were enjoyable. The people I spoke with were friendly and all the questions were easy to answer. I really appreciate that they didn't ask any "situational" questions. I'm disappointed I didn't get an offer, but the interview itself was fine.
