Friendly, easy to talk to, welcoming, and asked questions that were relevant to my experience and their need. Never have skyped to interview but was very easy to use. Interviewers helped answer all my questions and if they did not know they answer the got back to me quickly via email. I am not in sales but made me feel comfortable and not intimidated.
