It's all online. Fill out a form, upload your resume, and take a typing test. Very easy if you have the skills. I was hired the next day. Since it's all freelance and they take their metrics VERY seriously, they have no reason to deny someone unless they fail the typing test.

There was really no questions, just an application and a typing test.
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.

Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
