My process consisted of a recruiter call, hiring manager call, then a panel interview. I had a really awful experience where I went through the entire interview process but ultimately had to be declined due to the role being cut from the budget. From what I understand, the team wanted to bring me on but the role I had interviewed for no longer existed. This was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of my time. The entire process took 2 months, with the entire last month being me following up with the recruiter asking for updates since they were unresponsive.
