I interviewed for a position with Rev1 in 2021 and had a very positive interview experience. After explaining my background and learning more about the role the recruiter actually brought to my attention that there maybe a compensation gap and provide clarity on the pay band for the role. As a candidate I really appreciated this honesty to make sure we both used our time effectively.
