I forward my cv to HR E-Mail Id, my cv shortlisted and HR call me u r shortlisted for interview, HR arranged my Telephonic Interview. In this Interview i shortlisted then HR call me and She arrange my next round i.e. Skype Round then finally i am shortlisted and finally got it offer letter with in a week on 31 December.
