They do not have any interview process, they will just call you or msg you on whats app and start the discussion. the interview takes more than 1.30 hrs everytime and then by end of it they will ask to write code for a problem that need to submit and again there will be a discussion on it. And at the end you (after almost 4+ hrs of total time ) they will say your skill set does not match. Very unrpofessional behaviour. They do information gathering for POCs and once its done they will give any reason for not going ahead. BEWARE!!
