Unfortunately, my experience did not align with those impressions. The interview process felt disorganized from the outset. The interviewer identified themselves as someone with 8 years of experience, but their conduct didn't reflect that level of professionalism. They read questions directly from a script, lacked engagement, and appeared distracted throughout the call. The setting was also not ideal — there were constant background noises, and the overall demeanor came off as overly casual for a formal interview. It gave the impression that the conversation wasn’t being taken seriously. The interview lacked structure, clarity, and relevance, making it a frustrating experience. For a company that positions itself as modern and professional, this was a significant letdown.
