Online video interview. The process was smooth. The hiring person really tries to sell the company. The salary is a flat 50K and the benefits are ehh. The interview was easy. It was like a lightning round of simple questions. Along the lines of: what is an object? what is an interface... difference between interface and anonymous class? The interviewer seems like they just want to get as many questions in as possible. Then they give you a 0-5 score on each topic. 3's seem to be good enough. They give you a 10 week sudo code boot camp if you take the offer. And you have to commit 2 years of work after the camp. If you want to leave before the 2 years are up you have to pay 19k to get out. It's a good offer if all else fails in my opinion.
