It was very casual. Started with a recruiter contacted me and directly told me the non-negotiable salary amount. However, the recruiter only says that you get $XXX amount paid and we can support 80% of salary. They do not mention that that salary RATE (i think its $20-25/hr) only applies when you get a contract. If you don't get a contract you get a stipend ($150/week I think).
