There was a brief phone interview followed by a short, rapid-fire question style interview. Following that interview I was told I did well and was very close to being selected, but they thought I needed to brush up on some technical skills so I was asked to complete six micro courses which each took about 1-3 hours. After that was completed they scheduled a second interview with me very similar to the first, with a brief live coding challenge added to the interview. After that, I was again told I did well, but was not going to be selected at that time, but offered me a test which I passed and was put into training classes.
