Degree required, there is a preliminary coding assessment involving euler type coding questions that can be answered in various languages. Then there is a contract info and data statistics session of applicable variable project placement. Then you will start a training program involving the most suitable language for potential clientele, I trained in Java api development. Throughout the process you meet a highly interactive and hard working team and recruiter. The training documentation could use a little brevity and a more comfortable UI, but it is straight forward.
