After that, they moved directly into standard screening questions. The recruiter was very concise, did not ask many follow-up questions, and was highly attentive and open to answering any questions I had throughout the call.

They try to put the most pressure on you on the interviews, setting you up for a really hard time. It was not a friendly talk at all, and it was also really really long.

I don't understand their interview process. They select candidates who do not even have relevant experience to the profile but reject candidates who have the experience. So please give feedback next time when rejecting a candidate. And for candidates, it's better not to apply to this company
