The recruitment process at Revolut started with them reaching out directly, after which I was required to complete an online IQ-style assessment. Following that, I had a first interview with an HR recruiter to discuss my background and motivations, and finally, I progressed to the last round where I interviewed with a sales manager to assess role-specific skills and overall fit.

Processo molto lento, dopo referral mi hanno inviato un link per fare il primo assessment online, una parte logica (50 domande in 15 minuti) e una parte conoscitiva (60 domande). Non si sono più fatti sentire per 3 settimane per poi dirmi che avevano già trovato il candidato giusto.
