Around 4-5 weeks. Four rounds of interview, an initial pre-screening and a hometask, a functional/design interview, team fit interview, and finally head of function call. Was given sufficient information to be able to prepare for the next round. The purpose of functional/design interview was to see your skills and your design process of a task.

I interviewed for a product design position at Revolut in November, 2026. The overall process was good and took around 4 weeks from application to final decision. I applied via their website. Communication from HR was quite fast. I was informed about each stage of the process and given clear information about what to expect.

Went through several stages: a recruiter interview, a design task, and a design skills interview. Rejected after the design skills interview. The design task was expected to be completed within three days, which was personally quite extensive to manage during term time. Unsure if the task influenced the next stage, but the design skills interview followed. A 45-minute in-depth session, more like a presentation, where I shared one experience and its process in detail.
