Premier échange de validation du profil et de l’adéquation au poste.
Étape 2 – Manager
Entretien avec le manager pour évaluer les compétences commerciales, la compréhension des enjeux et la capacité à piloter un cycle de vente.
Étape 3 – Role play
Mise en situation commerciale (exercice en live type découverte / pitch / traitement d’objection) pour évaluer la posture, la structuration du discours et la capacité à closer.

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
