I submitted an application about 3 months prior to being asked to submit a challenge task. The task was simple yet it's a good idea to put a solid amount of time into it if you're set on the job.
The next stage was a video interview with a product owner. This was largely behavioural with a few brief technical questions thrown in. The product owner was quite friendly and seemed interested in getting to know me. I was quite excited to work at the company at this point.
The final stage was sadly a bit abhorrent. I was asked for an on-site interview although this was later changed to a video call. The internal recruiter seemed to have not known I wasn't living in the country at the time and flying over wasn't an option I could afford. The interview itself was with a senior employee who has been with the company since 2016. It was quite an uncomfortable interview. He didn't ask about my background nor any personable questions and he had quite a dispassionate look the entire time. He dove straight into a preset list of questions. My main concern with the questions were that it appeared as if they weren't specific to the role. By the end as I was asking questions he cut the interview off and said he had a call to make. It took me aback and I was quite disappointed at how it ended. I was left in the dark at this point, I even attempted to contact the internal recruiter about the process with no avail.

Didn't even come back to me even though I spent ages preparing for the interview. The interviewers seemed like they were in a rush to get to another meeting than give attention to the candidate

HR screening > Problem solving session > Product Skills session > Bar Raiser interview. Overall good pricess, with good guidance provided before each interview and flexibility to choose interview times and fit your own schedule.
Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO

They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
