Process consisted of test, skype interview (mostly fit), online case study and 4 on-site interviews (3 of them with case, all covering fit). I was interviewed by my to-be supervisor, as well as current head of recruiting who tested both my cultural fit as well as my capabilities. Extremely nice people throughout the interviews!

1st online assignment. The assignment was a 1h online test. Second interview online with another founder associate who asked me questions very broadly about what projects I've worked on in the past. 3rd assignment where I needed to write a code to answer all questions. Very time intensive.
