I was very disappointed with revolut. I was invited for a 1:1 interview, as a customer myself I knew the product and went there to check their offer, Firstly the interviewer was late, then during the interview I felt he was sleepy and uncaring, he kept asking the same questions and made odd comments about the staff, that immediately turned me off and made me want to leave as soon as possible. Besides that when I asked about the salary and benefits, I was told by the interviewer that they don't disclose it before the final offer, in other words they pay the minimum wage but don't want to comment. I gave up and accepted another companies offer.

Before speaking to the recruiter, there were a bunch of online tasks that you must go through including personality, test and scenario based questions when you deal with incompetent colleagues or ambiguity. The recruiter wasn’t very interested in what I share.
