I was contacted by a recruiter, to schedule a call and discuss the role and my application. I agreed on the date and time, but unfortunately they never called, without a word. The email invite confirmation clearly advised they will contact me on my mobile which I provided. I find that disrespectful and very unprofessional.

I’ve slightly mixed feelings about their hiring process. Similarly to Amazon and Google this company follows the same path with their bar raiser and problem solving interviews. But the process seemed a bit haphazard at times. I still haven’t received any notification about the outcome of these interviews, but I am fairly sure they won’t offer me the position so I have already accepted an offer from another company. All in all, interesting and new experience.
