Poorly managed
My main point of contact changed during the process. This happens, but it was clear throughout that there had not been a smooth handoff (including the loss of key information about my requirements around role, salary, visa sponsorship, etc.). Their communication was time consuming and ineffective. My overall impression was quite poor.

Thanks for giving us your honest thoughts about the recruitment process. We understand that it can be very disruptive for your personal recruiter to change halfway through the process, but appreciate your patience while they picked up the reins. Welcome to the rocketship!

This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. The interviewer displayed a lack of respect and exhibited toxic traits, interrupting me with questions not relevant at all to my position nor the position I was being interviewed for.
